As a guide to the wider UK market, single-room design often runs from £2,500 to £5,000, and full-service projects from around £5,000 upwards depending on size and ambition. At Cheshire Property Studio, our online design service starts from £220, and full-service projects are quoted individually after a free consultation, so you know exactly what you're committing to before anything begins. We're always open about budget from the very first conversation.

We're based in Hale and design interiors throughout Cheshire and the North West, including Hale Barns, Bowdon, Altrincham, Wilmslow, Alderley Edge, Prestbury, Knutsford and Bramhall. We also take on full-service projects across the wider UK, and our online design service means we can help wherever you are.

Full-service is our complete, hands-on service: we design and manage every stage of your project from concept to completion. Online design is built for a smaller renovation or a single room, you get full design direction (floor plans, material selections and sourcing), and from there you handle the ordering, installation and coordination on your own timeline. It's a lovely way to get expert guidance on one space at a time.

Every project starts with a free consultation to understand your home, your brief and how you want to live. From there we develop a full concept, space planning, mood boards, materials and bespoke joinery, before moving into sourcing, procurement and the coordination of trades and makers. Nothing moves forward without your approval at each stage, and we finish with the styling that brings it all together.

Yes. Our initial consultation is free and there's no obligation, it's simply a friendly, honest conversation about your home, your project and whether we're the right fit for each other. You're welcome to bring any inspiration you've gathered, and it helps to have a rough budget in mind.

It depends on the scope. An online design package is usually a matter of weeks, while a full-service renovation or new build runs over several months, in step with your builder's programme. We give you a realistic timeline from the outset and build in a little contingency, because in residential design things rarely run perfectly to schedule.

Absolutely. Whether it's a single, considered room or a whole-house renovation, we'd love to help. Our online design service is ideal for one to six rooms, and our full-service team regularly takes on individual spaces as well as complete homes.

We liaise directly with builders, joiners and specialist trades so you don't have to coordinate across multiple conversations, and so the design is delivered exactly as intended. Having one studio holding the standard from start to finish is what makes the whole process feel calm.
